* Textured White and Gray Owl with Metallic Silver Rosette Button Eyes
This owl was crocheted freehand and given upcycled metal button eyes.
The body is a curiously textured pure white, interesting and tickley to touch, with a nubbly gray beak. The yarn is made of unknown man made fibers, most likely polyester or acrylic, and the owl is stuffed with polyester fiber fill. The good news about man made fibers is that if needed this owl could be gently hand washed in cold water and mild detergent, lightly squeezed in a towel and then left out to air dry.
The beautifully detailed antique silvery metal button eyes have a rosette or star motif and were enhanced with permanent ink and protected with polyurethane.
The owl measures about 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches and is very light.
