Verdigris Metal and Soft Fuzz

This owl was crocheted freehand and given interesting metal button eyes which I had saved for a long time.

The body is a mottled reddish brown and white, soft and fuzzy, lovely to touch, with a rough nubbly dark brown beak. The yarn is made of unknown man made fibers, most likely polyester or acrylic, and the owl is stuffed with with polyester fiber fill.

The naturally distressed upcycled metal button eyes have a the dark brown yarn in the center.

The owl measures about 3 inches by 3 inches and is very light and squeezable.
