This owl was crocheted freehand and given large unusual button eyes.
The body is a glossy smooth soft white with a contrasting mottled brown yarn that has a bumpy and sleek, smooth feel. The yarn is made of unknown man made fibers, most likely polyester or acrylic, and stuffed with polyester fiber fill.
The large plastic button eyes are unusual and highly textured with a coppery metallic look highlighted with green.
The owl measures about 3 inches by 2 1/2 inches and is very light but semi firmly stuffed.
